COVID 19 - Advice & Guidance

We have taken multiple measures to protect staff and visitors. For the consideration and comfort of all, please follow the guidelines and recommendations on this page.

Measures we have taken

1. Risk Assessment has been carried out.
2. Provision of protective barriers at Reception.
3. Provision of Hand Sanitiser stations throughout the building.
4. All staff onsite have been double vaccinated.
5. Relocation of activities to improve social distancing and ventilation.
6. Enhanced cleaning routines.
7. We are improving ventilation throughout the building.

Measures for Visitors

We will be following government guidance about measures and restrictions for visitors.

Please note these may be liable to change at short notice.

Stay at Home if Unwell

Please do not come to The Bhavan if you are unwell, have any Coronavirus symptoms or have been told to isolate.

Wear Masks

Uness you are exempt, the wearing of face masks is recommended in the auditorium and all communal areas. 

Food Service

The Bhavan's usual food service is currently suspended. Individual event organisers may make their own arrangements regarding the serving of food.

Reduced Waiting Areas

The Library and Canteen are now in use for some classes and may not be available as waiting areas. Parents may wait in the auditorium if there are no events, rehearsals, classes or repair works in progress.
